Can I make changes to my order?
Whilst looking at our website and selecting your items you can make amendments up until you have completed your order. Once you have completed your purchase unfortunately no further additions or amendments can take place under this order number.
What if an item is unavailable?
If you find an item is unavailable or no longer in stock, please feel free to contact us via our contact form or via your Mi Chica Boutique account to see if this item will be re-stocked or if it is no longer available.
Can I only place an order on-line?
To ensure that we complete our credit checks securely, we only accept orders on-line for the website. We do not have a facility to take orders over the phone.

What currencies does Mi Chica Boutique accept?
Mi Chica Boutique will always covert your currency into £ GBP when you have made a purchase. You can select which currency you wish to view our products in on the top of our home webpage. Currently you can view in Sterling and Euros.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not have the facility to exchange on-line purchases due to our fast-moving stock. If you wish to purchase an alternative item and to avoid disappointment, we recommend that you create a new order with your alternative item and return your old purchase as soon as you can, so we can refund accordingly.
How quick will I receive my order?
Our standard UK delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 days. This delivery time is given as an estimate because from time to time it may be affected by events outside our control, for which we will not be responsible. Postage outside of the United Kingdom may take longer due to customs and the European postal services.
Can I change my delivery address?
We will only deliver to the address that matches the payment address which would have been confirmed and checked when you make a purchase.
How can I return my order?
You can either Return your item to us by post (go to Shipping and returns situated at the bottom of our website) our address is Mi Chica Boutique Limited, Brodies Business Centre, 33 Nobel Square, Basildon, SS13 1LT, please note that we will require proof of original purchase. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
Please contact us as soon as you have received the item. You can contact us either by logging on via your account and sending us a message or by email at sales@michicaboutique.com Once we have received your correspondence we can then discuss how to get the correct item to you or how we can replace your faulty item.
How long will it take to return an item?
Once we have received your returned item, we aim to complete your request within 7 days. Please refer to our Shipping and returns link located at the bottom of our home page for further details.
Why has my order been cancelled?
We would cancel your order if no payment has been received or if for any reason there was a problem with stock. In both circumstances we would inform you via email with an explanation for our action. You can then contact us to discuss.
What payment methods does Mi Chica Boutique accept?
We currently accept payments from major Credit Cards, Master Card and Paypal. In order to keep your data secure we use a regulated third party company to securely carry out the standard pre authorisation checks. These checks are to ensure you have sufficient funds available for your order and to ensure you are the correct card holder. Mi Chica Boutique doesn’t hold any of your Credit card or Master card details. The same process is used for transactions with Paypal. Mi Chica Boutique doesn’t hold any details of your Paypal account.
